Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate targeting requirements, reviewing deliverables, and using lead data and content in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and outreach regulations.

Deliverables

Deliverables may include spreadsheets, CSV files, Google Sheets, CRM-ready formats, keyword research, content briefs, blog drafts, product copy, and published content, depending on the project scope.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are provided when deliverables do not match the agreed scope. Changes to targeting, volume, format, or project direction may require a revised quote.

Compliance

Clients must use delivered data responsibly and comply with email, privacy, and sales outreach rules in their target markets, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and similar regulations where applicable.
