Cold Email-Ready List for a US Cybersecurity MSP

Project Overview

A US cybersecurity MSP wanted to launch cold email outreach to mid-market manufacturing and healthcare companies — segments with strict compliance needs. We built a 1,850-account target list with the IT security leader and compliance officer at each company, validated every email with real-time inbox verification, and removed all role-based and catch-all addresses before delivery. All 1,850 records were deduplicated and standardized, and every email passed real-time verification at the time of delivery — role-based and catch-all addresses were removed before the client received the file. Outreach and campaign performance were handled entirely by the client's team.
