Decision-Maker List for a Recruitment Staffing Agency

Project Overview

A UK recruitment agency expanding into contract IT staffing needed direct access to hiring decision makers at enterprise organizations — not generic HR inboxes. We profiled 900 target accounts by tech hiring volume and contract spend, then researched the talent acquisition lead, IT hiring manager, and procurement contact at each one, capturing direct lines and role-specific emails. The 3,200-contact database was deduplicated, standardized, and delivered in a CRM-ready format with role-specific emails and direct lines. Hiring outreach and placement activity were run entirely by the agency's team.
